Level 1
Laying the Foundation – Focusing on What Matters Most
We understand that beginning your recovery journey can feel overwhelming—new routines, new surroundings, and a new way of life. That’s why, during this initial phase, our focus is simple and intentional.
This is your time to settle in.
Get comfortable in your new living environment. Begin building relationships with your housemates. Start attending meetings. Focus on finding employment and creating healthy routines that support your recovery.
There’s no need to rush. Right now, it’s about showing up, staying grounded, and focusing on the essentials—because a strong foundation leads to lasting change. And we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Level 2
Strengthening Your Foundation
In Level 2, you begin to settle into the rhythm of your new life. As you get comfortable with your work schedule, this phase also encourages you to start building meaningful connections outside of One12 Recovery—especially with women who support and inspire your growth.
This is where the deeper work begins.
You're no longer just adjusting—you’re creating a life rooted in recovery, structure, and support.
This phase is about:
-
Developing healthy routines
-
Strengthening your outside support network
-
Building a life that reflects your values and goals
This is the heart of your foundation—and we’re here to help you pour into it, one intentional step at a time.
Level 3
Leading by Example and Expanding Freedom
By the time you reach Level 3, you’ve accomplished something truly powerful—at least 6 months of continuous sobriety and a consistent commitment to your recovery. You’ve not only shown up for yourself, but you’ve also been an example of strength, accountability, and leadership for other women in the house.
At this stage, you begin to experience more personal freedom while continuing to stay grounded in your recovery.
This phase is about:
-
Maintaining consistency and accountability
-
Continuing to lead by example within the house
-
Embracing new responsibilities with integrity
As part of this next step, you’ll now be eligible for overnight passes—giving you the opportunity to spend time away from the house, with proper approval and notice. This privilege reflects the trust you've earned and your continued growth in building a life rooted in balance and independence.
Level 4
Preparing for the Next Chapter
This is it—the final level of your journey with One12 Recovery. By this point, you’ve grown into a mentor, a role model, and a living example of recovery in action—not only within the house, but in the community around you.
You’ve shown commitment, resilience, and leadership. Now, it’s time to begin preparing for your next chapter—a life of independence, purpose, and self-defined success.
This phase is about:
-
Honoring how far you’ve come
-
Stepping confidently into your future
-
Creating a clear, supportive plan for independent living
During this time, we’ll work closely with you to begin crafting your transition plan—whether that includes new housing, job opportunities, or reuniting with family.
You’ve built the foundation. You’ve done the work. And now, we’re here to help guide you into a home of your own—one built on everything you’ve worked so hard to create.
